These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and SheResolved Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) for use of the Cicle Mobile Application, the servers used by the application, the computer files stored on such servers, and all related services, features, and content offered by the Company. This Agreement is not concluded with Apple, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, Google, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, or any other entity as may apply.
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully, they account for a legal agreement. By (i) having created a user account with us; (ii) using services of the Cicle App, (iii) accessing Cicle, you have agreed to accept these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our application.

THE SERVICES MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE FROM TIME TO TIME FOR MAINTENANCE OR OTHER REASONS. SHERESOLVED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF CICLE APP OR THE SERVICES. SUCH FAILURE MAY RESULT FROM ANY CAUSE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC, OR COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE. YOU AGREE THAT SHERESOLVED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF MATERIALS, CONTENT, OR ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE SERVICES. Under no circumstances will SheResolved be responsible for any loss or damage to any content or personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of Cicle App, or Services, or any interactions between users of the Services, whether online or offline.
Each user of the Service is responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to his or her passwords or accounts.
Except as expressly provided, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SheResolved with respect to the use of Cicle App, the Website, and/or the Services. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Premium subscription can be purchased directly from CICLE by paying an upfront subscription price, plus any relevant taxes, on a monthly basis or another recurring schedule that was made known to you before you made your purchase.
CICLE may occasionally modify the Premium subscription, including the recurring subscription payments, and will notify you in advance of any changes in price. Changes in pricing will be effective at the beginning of the subscription month that follows the date of the change, and by using the CICLE Premium subscription after the change in price becomes effective, you agree to the new price. You can refuse a price adjustment if you don't agree with it by cancelling the relevant Premium subscription before the new price takes effect.
If you don't cancel your Premium subscription before the end of the current subscription term, your payment to CICLE which you bought the Premium subscription will renew automatically at the conclusion of the applicable subscription period. To prevent being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your Premium subscription before it renews.
If a dispute arises between you and Cicle, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you first to contact us to resolve your problem directly with us. You may contact us regarding any complaints or disputes at the Contact Us portion of the Application.
