APPLY HEAT
Applying heat to your abdomen and back helps relieve cramps. You can take a warm bath or use a heating pad. If you are using a heating pad, you might start to feel better after minutes of using it. Do this from time to time for a better result.
AVOID CERTAIN FOOD
Avoid foods that causes bloating; fatty foods, caffeine,salty food etc. Avoid them to help alleviate the cramps. Instead, eat food like

• Leafy green vegetables
• Fish

WATER
